Disclaimer / Terms & Conditions
ARRANGING PHOTOSHOOT
Once your purchase has been completed, a member of the team will contact you to book in your photoshoot date.
You may rearrange this date up to a maximum of 3 times. After this limit has been met, a full refund will be provided minus admin fee for processing the request.
All re-arranging requests must be sent via email to: [email protected]
No other form of communication will be accepted as valid re-arranging of your photoshoot.
All photoshoots must be booked within 6 months of purchase date. If not, a full refund will be provided minus admin fee for processing the request.
TRAVEL
You are responsible for your own travel costs and arrangements to the studio in London. However, we are happy to offer assistance with travel directions and our photographer can even arrange to meet you at the local tube station to walk you to the studio if you are unfamiliar with the area. Please let us know if you'd like us to arrange this on your behalf.
CATERING
There is a small canteen available for purchasing refreshments on site. However, we cannot guarantee nor take any responsibility for its availability during your photoshoot.
CHANGING AREA
There is an available space for you to change privately in the studio should you wish to change outfits during your photoshoot. We highly recommend that you come with a variety of outfits, props and hairstyles as these make great photos!

Additional options can be ordered separately after purchase. Please contact us at: [email protected] for all currently available options. Additional fees will apply.
PAYMENT PLAN
If subject to a payment plan, full payment must be made prior to your shoot going ahead. We will provisionally reserve a date for when your plan comes to an end but this is not guaranteed if payments lapse.
You are responsible for fully completing your payments until the conclusion of the plan. Illume will not chase for payment. Non -payment will result in cancellation of the service and an admin fee will be charged.

REFUNDS
No refunds under any circumstances once photoshoot has commenced.
CANCELLATION
Late cancellation fee will apply if photoshoot is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of booked shoot date. This is to cover the cost of securing our photographer's availbility for the day and hiring the studio.

No other form of communication will be accepted as valid cancellation of photoshoot for refund purposes.
Illume reserve the right to cancel photoshoots with short notice (i.e. less than 48 hours notice) and will not be held liable for any costs associated with you having to rebook on an alternative date. Please note that this will only be in the most urgent of circumstances when going ahead with the photoshoot would not be reasonably possible for circumstances outside of our control. On all other occassions, we will try to give at least 1 weeks notice for any cancellations.
