We make our own mark in the industry by providing a very personalised experience for all of our Talents (known as "Artists") and Clients. We are known as being a genuinely caring agency who really focus on supporting our Artists to land the big breaks they've been searching for and getting our Clients reliable and, simply, perfect castings.

MEET THERESA

CEO, Digital Director, Contract Manager & Lead Coach

Theresa began her entrepreneurial journey early in the online digital space at only 14 years old (!) designing websites for small companies.

In early adulthood, she trained and worked as a Barrister, specialising in Criminal Defence and General Litigation as well as working part-time in a successful film and memorabilia company.

She then built a thriving Corporate career by quickly rising up the ranks in a well-known company, becoming part of their IT Senior Management Team, focusing mainly on Customer Service and Contracts.

She traded in busy Corporate life for building her own Business Coaching & Mentoring company instead, which she still runs to this day.

Multi-talented and multi-passionate, she is now excited to be part of Illumè, bringing her varied talents in all digital disciplines (such as website design, marketing and social media), legal and coaching (!), to offer a premium experience for all of our Artists and Clients.

Theresa loves anything "crafty" - especially making her own jewellery, long walks with her rescue dog and supporting Mental Health charities.
